Xmas with IMICS

Christmas has long surpassed its religious origin and been widely celebrated by the people regardless of nationalities and cultures. In Taiwan, Christmas is mostly welcome by young people as an occasion to spend with family and friends or a special someone, and for businesses it’s a golden opportunity to promote sales.

For IMICS students, it’s the best time of the year to sit down all together and reflect the first semester of an academic year which is going to an end. IMICS Christmas Party is traditionally hosted by second year students and open to all IMICS‘s current students. The event this year welcomed Professor Elaine Lin – IMICS Director, Professor Tsung-Jen Shih, Professor Ting Yu Kang and Professor Chien-Chih Lu.

Thanks to senior IMICS students, the event was fruitful with nice chats, delicious buffet, games and quiz, gift exchange, etc. The party was amazing and the fun it brought will stay with us for a long, long time.
